WHAT IS LEVEL MEASUREMENT?

Level measurement comprises the detection, monitoring and measurement of material levels and interfaces in silos, tanks, vessels and process equipment. Depending on the application, point level sensors, continuous level sensors or interface measurement technologies are used. The selection of the appropriate technology depends on the medium, process conditions and measurement task.
