Continuous Level Measurement in a Cement Silo

The Challenge

The customer was using a competitor Radar product to measure the level in a very dusty cement silo. Due to the dust and incorrect installation of the radar sensor, we were able to offer a solution.

Our Solution

With the NB 4200, we could measure the level in the cement silo with ease, installation position was important for accuracy and we selected the Spider Weight due to the steep angle of the product inside the silo and also the very powdery features of the product so the weight can not sink into the product.
