Continuous Level Measurement in Juice Silos

The Challenge

A huge manufacturer of Juice products and concentrations needed a solution to determine the level of juice in their silos. The challenge was to accurately measure the contents in the silo, ignoring the agitators in the silos stirring the juice.

Our Solution

We selected the NivoRadar 3000 for this application. After a trial period the customer was very satisfied with the results obtained from the NR3001 and its accuracy and repeatability. The customer installed a radar for each of their 20 silos.
