Empty alarm in a buffer vessel with PVC granules

The Challenge

The PVC granules have a high bulk density of approximately 600 g/l. As the sensors are required for empty level detection, they are subjected to strong mechanical stress.

Our Solution

The rotary paddle switch Rotonivo RN 3004 with pipe extension has been designed for applications with high mechanical stress. Thanks to its robust construction, the sensor can be easily be installed as an empty detector for heavy bulk materials.
