High level switch in a reclaim tank with solid fertiliser

The Challenge

Customer developed a system which solidifies the slurry from anaerobic digestion domes and converting it into solid fertiliser. The customer required a high level switch to measure cake which rises through a reclaim tank. They had tried using capacitance and vibration probes without success.

Our Solution

Using a Rotonivo RN 4001 with a double sided paddle and rope extension the RN 4001 was able to sense the material and the customer could adjust their required switching point.
