Level limit measurement in fly ash at 600°C

The Challenge

One of our customers in Slovakia requested a reliable and cost-effective solution for the limit detection of flying ash in their collecting vessel. The particular challenge is to install a technology which withstands high temperatures of up to + 600°C and which can be installed despite the tight space (only horizontically).

Our Solution

The rotating paddle switch Rotonivo RN 3004 (special high temperature version with variable protection cover) fulfills these requirements. 25 units have been installed in this plant and all works reliable.
