Methionine - Animal Feed supplement

The Challenge

The customer was looking for a sensor to monitor the level in an application on the product Methionine (in liquid form). Methionine is used to supplement animal feeds and is reasonable expensive (1 € / liter). For that reason they required a reliable measurement with a good accuracy.

Our Solution

The NivoGuide 8100 was the perfect solution for the application. Due to it`s high accuracy of +/- 2 mm the sensor monitors the level precisely. Moreover the the technology is unaffected by any changing ambient or process conditions and offers reliable measuremnet results over a long period of time.
