RN3005 in a loading below in cement

The Challenge

Our customer has the requirement to measure the max-level in a loading below in the cement industrie. Loading bellows are the perfect solution for a efficient residue-free loading of dry and dusty bulk solids into silo trucks. Cement mixture can stick easily which makes a reliable measurement challenging. A reverse cone with inside installed level limit sensor shoud indicate when the tank is full. The gradually raises loading bellow improving material distribution inside the container.
