The Challenge

A leading wood panel manufacturing company needed a reliable solution to control the feeder of the conveyor belt conveyor system. These are two critical points responsible for shutting down the feeder in the event of a blockage in the material flow. The environment has a lot of dust and constant friction to the sensors.

Our Solution

For this case, our Rotonivo series 3000 was used, which has a double bearing system that guarantees the application by preventing the penetration of powders into the equipment. The probe also has a sliding system of the shaft with the coupling to the motor, which guarantees the protection of the system even with the constant friction of the material on the probe.
