Block Chute Detection in Process Hopper for Chewing Tobacco

The Challenge

The customer faced a big challenge in their filling line of chewing/snuffing tobacco due to moist product prone to build up. Various solutions were tried without success

Our Solution

We offered RN4001 for this solution, with special shortened paddle to fit in the process hopper. After 2 days the customer saw that this will work and installed this throughout the factory on the same application on other filling lines
