Guided wave radar for a low-pressure heater

The Challenge

The application required a sensor that could respond quickly to the very fast level changes during the process. Vibration and Steam were also present which made more challenging.

Our Solution

We provided them our guided radar sensor NG 8100 rod series (1200mm) with Remote housing. Sensor being mount on by-pass tube. Transmitter output being matching with the Magnetic Level Gauge installed at the same line. Customer is satisfied with the performance and agree to place us the repeat order.
