Level measurement and visualization in storage silos for plastic granules

The Challenge

Reliable level measurement in granulate silos that is independent of the material. Additionally, visualization is needed to enable different departments (procurement, production, and manufacturing) to optimize their processes.

Our Solution

As a solution, our electromechanic lot system NB 4100 was used here. The sensor reliably measures the level of the silos regardless of environmental conditions (dust, temperature, material density). For visualization, our NT 4500 has proven to be the best solution. Various departments within the company can access the level via a web server, allowing them to optimally control their processes.
