Level measurement in four water tanks at a brewery

The Challenge

Water plays a crucial role in breweries, being essential for both brewing beer and cleaning equipment and containers. Various water tanks (brewing water, hot water tanks, cooling water tanks, cleaning tanks) are utilized in breweries. Our client required continuous level monitoring for four stainless steel tanks to ensure accurate measurement of water levels.

Our Solution

The guided wave rader sensor NivoGuide NR 8100 was installed in the four tanks. These sensors accurately measure the level regardless of environmental conditions. Commissioning is a simple process requiring just a few steps, and installation is straightforward and time-saving thanks to the two-wire technology.
