The Challenge

Our customer manufactures steel with iron ore and supplementary materials using blast furnace. They want to measure the level for carbon black in a supplementary tank. The tank is small and the level changes very fast. Thus a quick resonse time of the sensor with reliable measurements is essential.

Our Solution

Our NivoCapa NC8100 is ideal for applications in small tanks. Due to the fast reaction time fast level changes can be monitored reliably. It doesn't get any bad effect by dust and material coating. Quick calibration of the capacitive level transmitter is possible by pushing the buttons for low (0%) and high (100%).
