Vibration level limit switch for plastic parts of razor blades

The Challenge

Our customer is looking for vibration level limit switch, which should detect the demand in a process hopper of razor blade production. The plastic parts in the hopper are made of pvc. The challenge is, that the hopper works with vibrations to move the plastic parts to the next station. So the sensor should keep stable in this vibrations and not be destroyed.

Our Solution

The solution in this process hopper was the limit switch Mononivo MN 4020. It is a stable stainless steel sensor with an adjustable sensitive via DIP-Switch between 20/80/150/300g/l. It works reliable and will not destroy the plastic parts.
