Level limit measurement in grain with ATEX approval

The Challenge

Our customer in Hungary searched for level limit detection with ATEX approval for his grain hammermill. The application is in the pre-hopper and should detect the demand to keep the production in a flow. The application is dusty. The process conditions are not very special. Standard in solids.

Our Solution

The vibrating switch Vibranivo VN 4020 and the rotating paddle switch Rotonivo RN 4001 have been chosen for this application. They are the best solution for the level control in grain and switch even in small vessels reliably and fast. Both series are available with ATEX approval. They offer the customer the best cost-/performance ratio.
