Manufacture of PVC window profile systems – level measurement in a buffer tank (PVC)

The Challenge

A customer from Kazakhstan who manufactures window profile systems for the construction industry was looking for a reliable empty detection for his buffer tank. The task was to measure PVC powder, which is used as a raw material for the production of window profiles and other composite materials.

Our Solution

The best solution was the Rotonivo RN 3004 rotary paddle switch. The sensor offers economical and reliable level measurement for applications in extremely dusty environments. The dust-tight probe is very durable thanks to its PTFE seal and multiple ball bearings.
