MN 4000 in sugar storage silos

The Challenge

A producer of sugar in Guatemala need to control the high and low level in different silos with sugar. The sensors has to be food grade and with reliable signal output.

Our Solution

The single rod sensor Mononivo series 4000 fulfils all requirements of this case. It was the perfect solution, adjusted to a sensitivity of 300 g/l. The process material is made of food grade stainless steel, the short probe length of 160mm is done for the low level and the extended sensor with 400mm length is for high level and quick response time. This solution has all requested features to provide the safe control of 4 storage silos with sugar.
