NivoRadar ® - NR 7200 for Wastewater Basin

The Challenge

For safety and operational reasons, multiple level measurements are needed in these tanks. A power plant in Thailand needed to monitor the wastewater level 7 M from the top. In this case accuracy was a very important factor.

Our Solution

​We've installed our continuous radar sensor NivoRadar NR 7200 for this application. The 1 1/2" thread makes it very easy to install and the sensor is resistant to all weather conditions. It operates at a frequency of 80 GHz using FMCW technology and withstands temperatures up to 80°C. Its simple setup makes the sensor extremely convenient and user-friendly.
