RF3100 in ESP filter sulfuric atmosphere

The Challenge

A biomass power plant has problems with level limit switch in ESP filters with aggressive sulfuric conditions. The sensors, mechanical paddle switches, rust and the bearings begin to jam and fall out in the application. The yearly maintenance costs are too high and the reliability is not good enough. They look for a better solution.
