Rotonivo in Wood Chips

The Challenge

A wood board factory in Brazil needed to control the boiler feeder chute. The material, wood chips, often destroys sensor gears due to the high flow of demand. A highly reliable sensor is essential for this process, as the boiler cannot work without material, due to the high risk of fire in the entire system.

Our Solution

In this case our best solution was the rotating paddle level switch Rotonivo series 4000. Its construction allows high sensitivity and resistance, due to the excessive torque slip system integrated in the sensor. In this way the process is maintained without failing to control the level.
