VN 4030 in pneumatic chamber pump for chalk, soda and dolomite

The Challenge

Our customer owns a big glass factory in Moscow. During the processing the customer uses pneumatic chamber pumps for chalk, soda and dolomite. The temperature of chalk rises up to 130°C. The pressure inside of the chamber pumps rises up to 7 bar. The special challenge is the difficult mounting position of the full detector on top of the vessel.

Our Solution

The usage of our vibrating probe Vibranivo VN 4030 with tube extension is the best solution for this application. The reliable sensor measures even at high temperatures of up to 150°C and pressure of up to 16 bar. The maintenance-free technology fulfills all of the customer's requirements.
