UWT honours winners of the Distributor Challenge
During the 2023 Distributor Challenge, where UWT honored its most successful dealers, a very special experience was on the agenda for the winners: an exclusive weekend in the beautiful Allgäu. In recognition of their outstanding achievements, the awardees were not only honored with certificates and prizes but also invited to a delightful weekend in the homeland of UWT.
Despite concerns about the weather, which were triggered by renewed snowfall shortly before the event, the timing of spring could not have been better: Allgäu presented itself to our guests with sunny, warm temperatures and perfect conditions.
Friday evening got off to a cosy start: After the arrival of participants from five different nations, we rounded off the day in a local restaurant where typical Allgäu and South Tyrolean specialties were on the menu.
Saturday was filled with a mix of culture and adventure. In the morning, we explored the 2,000-year history of Kempten during a very entertaining city tour.
The afternoon was spent in the snowy mountains. From Nesselwang, a hike led up to the Alpspitze – adventurously, the trail ran over the spectacular waterfall path, partially snow-covered through dense forest. For lunch, we were treated to local delicacies at the mountain chalet Kronenhütte. The afternoon then became action-packed - with a ride on the Alpspitzkick, Germany's fastest zipline, the participants' adrenaline levels were certainly raised.
Back in Kempten, the day ended relaxed with a jazz concert and a Bavarian evening in one of the city's most popular restaurants.
On Sunday morning, before the journey home, our guests enjoyed the hospitable atmosphere one last time with an extensive breakfast in a trendy locale in the heart of the Allgäu.
This weekend was more than just a reward for the achievements of our dealers; it was a demonstration of the values that UWT cherishes: quality, partnership, and a communal experience at the highest level. We look forward to shaping the coming year once again with innovative solutions and successful partnerships.
