CN7120 used for limit level detection in a paint filling and de-gassing process

The Challenge

The Customer tried various level switches for max. level detection for their paint filling and de-gassing process. But all of them failed due to heavy paint build-up on the sensors tip.

The CN7120 was perfect for this application as it ignored the coating and buildup around the probe and measured the actual filling level.
