Level limit measurement VN2020 in filterdust at 130°C

The Challenge

Our customer required to monitor the fill level of the filter inlet in the coal filter. As a result of certain exhaust gas norms being changed, a coal filter had to be installed a few years ago. The temperature of the filter is approximately 130°C.

Our Solution

The UWT vibrating fork probe VIBRANIVO VN2020 fulfills these difficult requirements. The VN2020 temperature version can be used in temperatures of up to 150°C. The highly sensitive VN2020 reliably measures filter dust density upwards of 5 g/l. Only since the installation of the UWT tuning fork, has it been possible for the incinerator to function trouble-free.
