Level measurement in mixing and process tanks of latex (resorcinol formaldehyde)

The Challenge

For continuous level measurement in an agitated tank, reliable measurement technology was needed that wouldn't be influenced by the agitator or existing vapors.

Our Solution

The NivoRadar NR 7200 is exceptionally suited for use in stirred vessels. A specialized software algorithm for stirred vessels, easily selected within the UWT LevelApp, prevents measurement errors caused by reflections from the agitator. Additionally, the existing vapors do not influence the radar measurements.
