Paper production - Level measurement in the bypass of a vacuum separator (acid-water mixture)

The Challenge

A customer from India, who works in the chemical industry and manufactures specialty paper and cardboard, was looking for reliable level measurement technology for its vacuum separator tank. The task was to measure an acid-water mixture used as a process medium for the production of specialty paper and cardboard. The sensor had to function under strong vibration and vacuum conditions.
