Pet food packaging automation with NR 3100

The Challenge

A large animal feed mill needed to install continuous monitoring within the feed hoppers of their packaging line. A number of hoppers were limited in space and required a device which could fit into a tight external and internal space.

Our Solution

The NR 3100 radar was successful in this application. With the aiming flange it allowed the customer to mount in a convenient location and direct the beam towards the bottom of the feed hopper.
