RF 3100 in a pressure conveyor vessel

The Challenge

A customer in Ireland is looking for a reliable full detector in a pressure conveyor vessel. The medium, the sensor should detect, is a mixture of animal feed. It is a pressurized vessel up to 10 Bar and it is neccessary to be flexibel with the position of the switch point.

Our Solution

The solution in this harsh application is a capacitance switch RF 3100. It can be used up to 25bar process pressure. The sensitivity can be adjusted exact to this medium. The RF 3100 works with an automatic calibration and the setup is very easy.
