Vibranivo in Mate Herb

The Challenge

A manufacturer of Yerba Mate in Uruguay needed to control the high and low level of a 3 meter silo for the mixing process. Due to the internal mixing movements the fine powder material with a density of 750 g / l was in constant mixing movement.

Our Solution

Our solution was our Vibranivo 4000 series. It is a vibrating fork sensor with a probe made of stainless steel and can detect material levels with a density starting at 30 g/l. An ideal solution when applying fine powders with low density.
