VN 4030 pneumatic chamber pumps

The Challenge

Our customer produces pneumatic chamber pumps for cement. The temperature of material can be up to 130°C. The pressure inside of the chamber pumps rises up to 7 bar. The special challenge is the difficult mounting position, pressure and temperature changes.

Our Solution

The usage of our vibrating probe Vibranivo VN 4030 with tube extension 300mm is the best solution for this application. The reliable sensor measures even at high temperatures of up to 150°C and pressure of up to 16 bar. The maintenance-free technology fulfills all of the customer's requirements.
