NR4100 used to monitor the level of the Batch charger

The Challenge

Customer was using level switches of the Capacitance type. They have faced the issue of frequent probe Damage due to the abrasive characteristics of the Soda, Ash, Dolomite, Silica Sand and Glass powder mixture

Our Solution

The NR4100 helped to monitor high level - to avoid overflow and Low level - to avoid dry run. customer had satisfied demo/trial and purchased huge quantity of NR4100 to install all batch charges in their plant.
