The Challenge

The production of vegetable oils and fats is a complex process that varies depending on the raw material (e.g. seeds, nuts, fruits) and the desired end product. In general, a distinction is made between mechanical and chemical processes. It should be noted that the raw materials contain oils or fats in different concentrations and compositions.
