Continuous Level Measurement in Plastic Caustic Tank

The Challenge

A well known manufacturer of soda drinks approached us for a solution on their caustic tank as the existing competitor radar was not performing reliably due to a large layer of foam present inside the tank.

Our Solution

We performed an on-site demonstration using the Nivoradar NR7200 and proved successfully that the Nivoradar was detecting the product level through the foam via the UWT APP. The Nivoradar with false echo suppression proved to be a successful solution to this challenging application.
