Empty detection of roasted coffee beans in supply pipe

The Challenge

Empty detection of coffee beans was needed. Roasted coffee beans are trasportated in a pipe, so medium level detection is required in the flow (coffee is fed from top to bottom through the pipe).

Our Solution

The CN7120 Sensor made of PEEK is more resistable against abrasion. Very high sensitivity of CN7120 alows to work in flow and with low DK medium (DK value 2-3). Short sensor length allows to install sensor in pipe.
