Keep CNC Lubricant free of Metal Shavings

The Challenge

In the container tank of lubricant a lot of metal shavings get into the bottom, but there is such a high quantity of metal shavings that they back up the lubricant flow of the process.

Our Solution

The VN1020 is inside the lubrication tank to sense the level of metal shavings to send a warning signal for maintenace to clean up the shavings and avoid reflow into the machines lubrication.
