NivoRadar - NR 7200 in Hydrochloric acid tank

The Challenge

A customer from Thailand was looking for a reliable level measurement solution for their 1m high hydrochloric acid tank. This tank is located in a hazardous area. In this case, corrosion resistance and accuracy were important factors for such a short measuring range.

Our Solution

For this application, we installed our NivoRadar - NR 7200 with ATEX approval. Its robust design makes it both corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant up to 80 °C, guaranteeing a long service life. The practical 1 ½" process connection allows the sensor to be flexibly integrated into different systems and makes commissioning particularly easy.
