Production of wood panels - Full detection in the filter system (wood shavings)

The Challenge

A customer from Kazakhstan, who manufactures boards for furniture production, requires sensors to detect the full level of his filter containers. The measured material changed its properties, such as density and dielectric constant, depending on the type of wood being processed and the humidity of the environment. During the operation of the filters, there was a constant change in pressure. A sensor was needed that could operate for a long time in such difficult conditions.

Our Solution

The best solution was our vibrating fork Vibranivo VN 4020. This solution provided an economical and reliable full detection for critical materials in hazardous areas. The sensor is completely hermeticaly from the process side and also works easily under changing pressure without requiring readjustment.
