RF8100 In tanks for animal oil detection

The Challenge

Our customer in Thailand was looking for reliable level switch measurement for mounted tanks containing animal oil. The primary challenge was the steamy environment and the high temperature inside the tanks.

Our Solution

We've offered our capacitive sensor RF 8100 for this application. The capacitive level detector RFnivo® RF 8100 is used in storage and process vessels as an empty detector in all liquids from a DK value of 1.5. It can generally be used at process temperatures up to +200°C Its "Active Shield" function ensures reliable functionality within applications with adhering material. "Inverse Frequency Shift" technology ensures precise measurement results. It's simple setup makes the sensor extremely convenient and user-friendly.
