RF8200 detects Petroleum Resin level

The Challenge

The customer is looking for a reliable level switch for their petroleum resin tank. The material is very sticky, the process temperature and pressure are very high.

Our Solution

We solved this application with our capacitive limit switch RFnivo 8200. This sensor is suitable for the most demanding applications. It is temperature resitant up to 400°C due to stainless steel probe, graphite isolation and ceramic sealing. Moreover the Active Shiel Technology ensures reliable measurement results even with very sticky material. The easy set-up makes the sensor very handy and easy to use.
