VN 4030 in a calcium carbonate storage silo.

The Challenge

A large calcium carbonate manufacturing company in Egypt needed limit switches for its storage tanks. The customer required full and empty indicators for these silos. Measurement was very difficult because the environment was very dusty.

Our Solution

The best solution was our solid material vibrating fork VN 4030 for the full signal and the VN 4020 for the empty signal. Among other things, the sensor is maintenance-free and ready for use without calibration.
