The newly developed vibrating fork of the VN 7000 series is a compact and robust solution especially for the detection of liquids.
This versatile sensor works reliably in point level detection and is used in various tanks, pipes, bypasses or agitator tanks.
Thanks to its small size, it is particularly suitable for tight installation situations. It offers reliable results in demanding environments, for example in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
The VN 7000 impresses with its simple commissioning and high resistance to aggressive media and extreme temperatures and pressures.
NivoRadar® NR 3000
Continuous level measurement for bulk solids
The NivoRadar® NR 3000 series radar sensor offers reliable, non-contact and continuous level measurement of bulk solids under a wide range of process conditions.
The multifunctional 80 GHz radar sensor, available in two-wire and four-wire technology, ensures high measurement accuracy even with challenging media.
Thanks to its narrow beam angle of just 3°, the sensor delivers precise measurement results, especially in slim process vessels. The NivoRadar® masters applications at temperatures of up to 250 °C / 2,192 °F , in potentially explosive atmospheres and at pressures of up to 40 bar / 580.2 psi with ease.
NivoRadar® NR 8000
Precision in the measurement of liquids
The sensors in the NivoRadar® NR 8000 series are specially designed for continuous level measurement of liquids. The proven 80 GHz radar technology is also used here, which enables reliable measurement in tanks and containers.
The sensors are suitable for liquids such as water, chemicals or oils and offer precise measurements even under the most difficult conditions such as extremely high pressure up to 160 bar / 2320 psi or temperatures even up to 450 °C / 842 °F.
All sensors in the NR 3 and NR 8 series offer time-saving and simple commissioning via the UWT LevelApp, the display or PACTware.
NivoLED® NL 9000
Visualised level monitoring in hazardous areas
The NivoLED® NL 9000 signal light for visualised level monitoring has been specially developed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The LED indicator light with two-colour switching capability and 360° visibility visualises the switching status of limit level sensors and indicates the status of other technical devices using clearly recognisable colours (green and red). Its high luminosity is also recognisable from a great distance and ensures comprehensive safety.
The LED can be configured with a point level sensor or easily integrated as an accessory in existing systems such as control cabinets and process systems.
These new products significantly expand the UWT range and offer reliable, precise and safe solutions for level measurement, point level and visual monitoring. They are ideal for demanding applications in various industrial sectors and contribute to efficiency and operational safety.
