NR 7200 in ölhydraulischen Kraftwerken

Die Herausforderung

Ein großes, weltweit tätiges Unternehmen für Silikonprodukte musste den Füllstand von 6 Hydrauliköltanks kontrollieren, die für Hydraulikmotoren verwendet werden. Die Tanks sind rechteckig, haben eine Höhe von 580 mm und einen spezifischen Messbereich von 95 mm bis 180 mm von oben. In diesem Fall war die Genauigkeit bei einem so kurzen Messbereich sehr wichtig.

Unsere Lösung

Our perfect solution for this case was the NivoRadar series 7200 of radar level transmitters. This line of non-contact sensors with PVDF wetted parts, supports temperatures up to 80ºC together with a high accuracy of +-2mm and a response time of 3s, due to its high frequency of 80 GHz it was a perfect solution for measuring a short interval. It works in extreme measurement conditions and outdoor environments as it has IP68 rating. Through the UWTLevel App the solution can be configured easily, the combination with the scale function in liters allowed better monitoring of levels by operators.
